Old Town Scottsdale Vacation Rental Refresh

Let me start with a bit of business history: years ago (before it was cool, haha), we started renting out homes as vacation rentals. We accumulated quite a few! They were situated in prime spots throughout Scottsdale, and we loved hosting guests over the years. When Covid first hit, we adapted our business on several of the homes to become long-term, yearly leases.

Now that people are traveling again, and the year-long leases have been ending, it was the perfect time to reintroduce these homes to the market. Before listing on vacation rental platforms, we decided to give one of the houses a big makeover! We transformed nearly every room, and increased the amount of sleeping space so more guests can enjoy this cute spot.

The house is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and now sleeps up to 14 guests! Our list of updates includes: freshly painted kitchen cabinets and new counters (bye-bye boring brown!), a brand new fourth bedroom, new furniture and décor, refreshed backyard with the cutest poolside ombré wall, and so much more.
