What Our Climbing Inventory Means for You

This rise in inventory levels will change our market this fall.

Let’s talk about our market’s inventory- did you know we’ve almost reached 16,000 active listings in Maricopa county? We haven’t seen that many for a long time. It’s a 400% increase from February, when we only had 4,000 active listings. If inventory keeps increasing at this rate, we’ll reach a balanced market by August, and a buyer’s market by September. A balanced market has an equal number of buyers and sellers. 

If you are considering selling, now may be the time to act because we’re still in a seller’s market. However, know that it may take longer to sell, and you may have to do some repairs.
