Modern Scottsdale Office for Lease

This post is for all of my fellow business owners who are on the hunt for the perfect office
space. We recently moved out of our office space that we’ve been in for the last several years.
Our team has grown by leaps and bounds, and we were bursting at the seams. What does this
mean? Our beautiful office is now available for rent! Keep reading for all of the details and

The office is located at Indian Bend and Hayden. It backs up to a golf course (perfect for lunch
break walks) and has views of Camelback Mountain. We completely updated the office space,
adding loads of high end, modern touches.

When you enter the main office doors, there is a lobby area that we used as a seating area with a cozy couch. Just past that is a large bullpen. We were able to have many people working here all together, and hosted agent meetings, classes, and more in the space. There are three offices right off the bullpen. 

Continue past the three offices, and you will find our office kitchen, and the first of two bathrooms. The kitchen is completely updated with lots of storage, a sink, refrigerator, and a spot for a microwave. It makes office lunches and parties a breeze.

From there, head back to the bullpen and go down the long hallway. You will pass a small office before entering into another bullpen area. An important note: there is a door at the end of the hallway that can be closed and locked if you need to separate the two office areas. In the second office area, there are two large private offices, another bathroom, and a bullpen. There is also a second entrance/exit to get outside.

Throughout the entire space, you’ll find modern flooring, paint, fun desert-inspired wallpaper, tons of storage, and beautiful finishes.
