2021 Holiday Season Market Update​

The holidays are here! We want to wish everyone a merry Christmas; we hope you’re all doing well. Today we want to share the latest market stats with you.

The number of active listings went down 12.2%, but that’s expected. The end-of-year market in Arizona typically slows down. The median sales price last month was $415,000. This month, it rose to $420,000. A 1.2% monthly increase like this shows us that this is still a strong market. Economists expect this level of growth to continue in December.
